Building a new site?

Step 1: Qualifying

We will start by getting to know more about you. Shortly after you contact us, our pre-qualification specialist will reach out to you so we can learn if ARCO is a good fit for you.

Below are a few basic questions you can expect:

  • Are you a U.S. citizen or permanent resident?
  • Do you have excellent credit?
  • Do you have a location in mind?
  • If so, do you have a site plan?
  • What is your timeframe to invest?
  • Do you have gas experience?
  • Do you now or have you ever owned your own business?

Step 2: Site Assessment

Great! After we determine that you are a potential candidate, a recruiter will meet with you to review and discuss your potential location along with other business details and next steps.

Step 3: Site Evaluation

Now that you've met with our recruiter, he or she will take back the information about your (proposed) site for preliminary evaluations. Once the preliminary review is conducted, the next step is to continue evaluations via committee.

Step 4: Study and Analysis

Congratulations! By now you have filled out and completed the applications. While they're being evaluated, we're still conducting studies and completing our analysis of your proposed site.

Step 5: Permitting and Construction

Once you've been approved, you will complete permitting and construction for your new location. You're one step closer to opening day! You'll have a team guide you through the process. Now it's time for you to identify your site level team to help you run your business.

Step 6: Training Begins

Our experienced team will provide you with turnkey solutions to help you run your business.

Step 7: Grand Opening

Once you're fully operational, our team will help you promote your business through vendor-sponsored and grand opening events. Let's have some fun!
